We know that “is it shipped yet?” energy — and we love it. Every Wrong Lever piece is made to order just for you, so while we’re stitching and printing your magic, here’s what to expect:


✨ MADE TO ORDER 
Every Wrong Lever look is made to order just for you. Please allow approximately 2–3 weeks from order to delivery for production + transit.
Because each item is created specifically for your order:
Made to order = all sales final

Need a size swap? Email support@wrongleverclothing.com. Exchanges may be approved on a case-by-case basis; buyer is responsible for return shipping.
Item arrived damaged? Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we’ll make it right with a replacement or credit.
Production + shipping: Most orders arrive within approximately 2–3 weeks. Please plan ahead for park days, vacations, parties, races, and other magical adventures.
International orders: Customs, duties, or import fees may apply.

We partner with trusted on-demand fulfillment studios located worldwide, so your order ships from the facility closest to you whenever possible — helping reduce waste, cost, and carbon footprint.

💸 Customs & Import Fees

International customers, please note: some countries charge customs or import taxes that we can’t control. We recommend checking with your local customs office for details on potential fees before ordering.

📦 Tracking & Missing Packages

If your order feels fashionably late, here’s what to do before reaching out:

  1. Double-check your shipping confirmation email for typos in your address.
  2. Check with your local post office — sometimes they’re holding the package.
  3. Ask your neighbors in case your delivery found a friendly porch nearby.

Still no luck? Email us at support@wrongleverclothing.com with your order number and we’ll help track it down.

If the shipping address was entered incorrectly, we can resend your order once it’s returned — shipping fees will apply for the second delivery.
